Position Description:
For over 20 years, our company has designed, manufactured, and sold digital instrumentation and electronic accessories for the automotive, motorcycle and ATV aftermarket. Our products are sold all around the world and our customers range from local hobbyists to major corporations. We cater to exciting and thriving industries that help create an enjoyable and varied work environment. Candidate should have an automotive background and a good understanding of the 12V electrical system and various automotive accessories. Individual will assists in trouble shooting customer problems over the phone and via email. Questions such as relay wiring, assisting in setup and calibration to verifying correct signals are some of common phone calls. The candidate should be familiar with a voltmeter and understand basic trouble shooting techniques. Candidate must have a positive attitude and be able to work on the phone most of the day. Other activates may include issuing RMA numbers for returns or contacting customers to obtain further details for a repair.
