Dakota Digital, a leading automotive gauge and electronics manufacturer is looking for a motivated individual to join our customer service technical support team. The person in this position will spend the better portion of the day checking in and entering returned products, speaking with customers regarding the status of repairs, and assisting technicians in their day to day responsibilities. This position could advance into a full time repair tech as well, depending on experience. The perfect candidate will have an electrical technician and/or automotive background and share the same passion for vehicles as our customers do. Average or better computer skills will be necessary, with above average customer service and communication skills being a requirement.
-Excellent customer services skills along with an automotive / electrical background.
-Good understanding of automotive accessories and the 12V world.
-Computer skills and understanding of business software, MS Office and email.
-Proficient with a voltmeter and other common troubleshooting tools such as test lights.
-Being able to communicate over the phone and through email while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude.
