Due to unprecedented growth Dakota Digital is looking to add another Electronic Technician to our Technical Support Team. Candidates should have a good understanding of the 12V electrical system with an automotive background preferred. This individual will assists customers in the installation and calibration of their new and existing electronic gauge clusters and accessories over the phone and via email. A majority of your day will be spend talking with automotive and motorcycle enthusiast bringing their dream ride to life. Questions such as installation, assisting with setups and calibrations are some of the common phone calls that you will get. Other responsibilities include; troubleshooting and processing returns from the field.
Candidates must have a positive outgoing attitude and be able to work on the phone most of the day with our customers.
Candidates should be familiar with basic electronic test equipment.
Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills.
Component level troubleshooting and soldering skills are a plus.
