MegaSquirt EFI Interface Module

The BIM-01-2-MEGA is designed to read the engine information from the MegaSquirt EFI kits. The BIM-01-2-MEGA module is a direct plug in using the supplied harness for simple connection to the CAN H and CAN L connectors on the MegaSquirt EFI systems.
Compatible with the following MegaSquirt EFI systems:
- MegaSquirt-2
- MicroSquirt
- MSPNP2
- MicroSquirt-module based ECU's w/ firmware MS2/Extra 3.4.0 or later.
- MegaSquirt-3
- MS3-Pro
- MS3-Gold
- MSPSP-Pro
- MS3-Pro-module based ECU's w/ firmware MS3 1.4.0 or later.
The BIM-01-2-MEGA will collect and output the following information to Dakota Digital Instrument Systems *:
The BIM-01-2-MEGA will collect and output the following available (depending upon MegaSquirt application and add-ons selected) readings to Dakota Digital Instrument Systems*:
- Speedometer
- Tachometer
- Water Temperature
- Oil Pressure
- Fuel Pressure
- A/F Ratio
- Intake Air Temperature
- Boost
Dakota Digital cannot guarantee the presence or accuracy of the Coolant Temp., Intake Temp., Fuel Pressure Pressure, or Air/ Fuel ratio displays since this is a function of the ECM and matching OEM functional sensors.
*The BIM-01-2-MEGA is designed to decode the information provided by the MegaSquirt-2, MicroSquirt, MSPNP2, MicroSquirt-module based ECUs with firmware MS2/Extra 3.4.0 or later, MegaSquirt-3, MS3-Pro, MS3-Gold, MSPNP-Pro, MS3-Pro-module based ECUs with firmware MS3 1.4.0 or later.
**Compatible Dakota Digital instrument system: VHX, HDX, RTX and VFD3 systems with a black plastic control module. For any BIM-compatible control boxes which contain the 3.5mm headphone jack BIM input, add part number 394193 adaptor harness. Earlier instrument systems with an aluminum control module are not capable of BIM connectivity.
